NSW Handball particpated in the annual Penrith Panthers ‘Panthers on the Prowl’ primary school mutl-sports day on Tuesday November 13. Junior development officer Claire Dennerly and Bronwyn Thompson worked with classes of up to 30 children at a time on basic game play. We were wonderfully assisted during the whole day by U20 Penrith Panther Nick Walker and in part by one of the high school coaching trainee students Beth. It was great to hear many of the children ‘raving’ about the game after as little as 15 minutes play.
