Handball NSW participated in the sports expo at Penrith held on 17th November, with 450 primary school children getting to know and play handball.    Bronwyn Thompson, Claire Dennerley, Murray Ryan, John Calvert and Violi Calvert had great fun with groups of 20 – 40 kids on rotation through various sports every fifteen minutes.

At last year’s event, feedback from the officials indicated that handball was one of the most popular sports with the school children.   The level of enthusiasm showed by the ‘players’ also showed that they enjoyed themselves.  We’d certainly be back next year.   See some photos in the Gallery.
