2013 Beach Handball starts again at Maroubra beach Wenesday January 9, starting at 5.30pm with a fitness/skills session that will go for about 20-30mins. Following this, we will set up the goals and then focus on a specific component or two of beach handball for 15-20mins before splitting into teams on the night for some games. Don’t worry if you can’t arrive at 5.30, all you will miss is running!

Sessions will be held on the following nights: 9th January, 23rd January, 6th February, 13th February. The cost for each session is $10 or $30 to attend all four sessions. No need to RSVP – just turn up tomorrow and pay on the night.

Social Beach handball continues on Sundays at Queenscliff between 3-5pm.
