The Australian U20 Men won the Challenge Trophy in Ipswich Queensland in a close final with New Zealand. New Zealand also pushed the Aussie boys hard in the preliminary rounds. Games were also held with Cook Islands, Solomon Islands, Samoa and Vanuatu.
